Privacy Policy

This page explains exactly what happens to your information when you use ibroys.com. It describes what the site actually does — not a generic template.
IBROYS is a digital marketing and software studio based in Kerala, India, registered with the Government of India under Udyam (Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here. For anything on this page, contact [email protected].
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you type: first name, last name, email address, phone number and your message. That is the only personal data we ask for anywhere on this site.
When you load any page, our hosting provider automatically records technical information needed to serve and protect the site: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is standard server logging.
We measure page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookie-free: it does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you to other websites, and does not identify you. It tells us how many people viewed a page, roughly which country they were in, and which site referred them.
What we do not do
- We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any advertising tracker.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Ever.
- We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
- We do not build profiles of visitors.
Who else touches your data
Running a website means using service providers. These are ours, and what each one sees:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, delivers it worldwide, provides the cookie-free analytics, and
forwards email sent to [email protected]. Sees IP addresses and page requests.
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and emails them to us. Sees what you typed
into the form.
- Google (Gmail) — our inbox. Messages you send us are stored there.
- Content delivery networks (Webflow's CDN, unpkg, cdnjs) — serve fonts, scripts and animations
used by the site design. Your browser requests those files directly, so those providers can see your IP address.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, that conversation happens on their platform and is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
How long we keep things
Contact form messages stay in our email inbox for as long as the enquiry is useful — typically up to 24 months — then they are deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and contains nothing personal. Server logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short period under their own retention policy.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Our lawful basis for handling contact form data is legitimate interest — you contacted us and expect a reply.
If you are in India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you have the right to access a summary of your personal data, request correction or erasure, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to the inbox and hosting accounts is limited to the founder and protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected people promptly if a breach ever puts their data at risk.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
